I often get very frustrated and mad these days, due to my relatively shitty life. Since I spend most of my time in front of my fucking computer, countless mice, keyboards, Web cameras, video gaming controllers and headphones have died as a result of me raging. This is very sad because I grew up poor and have never had money to waste, even in my adult life. Despite this, I often cannot help myself and destroy these hardware items, feeling good about it until I realize what I have done, but also always being fully aware that I should not do it and trying to hold myself back at the same time.
My computers have gotten countless beatings and kicks as well. The one I am using now is a laptop, however, and I am proud to say that it has not been abused at all yet.
(Perhaps important to mention is that usually when I kick or beat the towers, it's because they already have a hardware error, causing them to hang up, not start or make annoying noises.)
So… what can I do to not waste more money?

Get a punching bag. Take up weightlifting or smoking. Scream into your pillow. Punch the wall. Kick the floor. Listen to screaming angry music so fucking loud you can't think straight. Buy an electric guitar and a powerful amp. Sprint around the block. Destroy valueless, meaningless objects. Meditate. Analyze your anger instead of expressing it. Stare at beautiful images. Visit a body of water. Shoot guns at glass bottles, or throw knives at pictures of horrible people. Have a drink or a toke. Anything but anger management classes.

Punching Bag. You WILL get tired after punching it for one hour.
It feels good. :)
I recommend you get gloves. The human skin on the hand tends to rip off, if you punch as hard as you can.
heh heh.

Punching bag or punching/kicking the wall is a nice idea, but running around also works greatly.
When I was used to get stupidly aggressive I turned to a wall and punched it once with all my strength. I can say all my madness disappeared in that moment. I also broke my pulse and shifted it several times. This made me realize how stupid it was to get mad with things; I guess it'll work for you as well.

I run a few miles when I'm angry. I usually feel a lot better after.

i barely ever feel anger. i tried some pills once (concerta) and as a side effect i felt it often. i must say i found it incredibly annoying. my suggestion is repression or a →good← psychologist.
